Offline: When you place, an order with us or our dealers and distributors, before making the payment, always ask for a quote and kindly check the sizes and other details such as part number, brand name, etc. The quote however does not confirm that your order has been placed or processed. Once you receive the final quotation kindly pay for the same as per the convenient and available method with us, as soon as we receive the payment we will confirm your order and process the same.
For modification in orders, you can add new products, take a new quote for the same, and club the products with your placed order. Modification can be only done after getting the confirmation from our side.
We always try to serve our customer better however in case of cancellation if you place an order with us you cannot cancel the same once partial or full payment is made as the orders are processed instantly from our side for packaging and pickup. PAYMENT
You can select your desired method of payment from the available methods such as GPAY, Phone Pay, Bank Account Transfer, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, etc with prior confirmation for the same.
SHIPPING
We can deliver all over INDIA and in our neighboring countries prior to confirmation and availability of the same.
All customs duties and other such charges shall be borne by the buyer according to government rules and regulations. Shipping charges shall also be borne which will be quoted in the final quotation; in case of free delivery, we can deliver the products with the best-suited available way with us.
You can always track your order with the provided link on our website or through the courier/ logistic website as shared by us.
The common reason for the same is that the courier company could not locate the given address or the buyer do not pick up the call or due to some other unavoidable reasons. However, the buyer can always contact the courier company for more details for the same and ask for redelivery of the product if the product is returned back to us the buyer will be notified immediately and will be booked again.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Uniforms or other such wearable items including mouth guard and groin protectors, which are made for personal use if worn once, cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you receive a product which is having any manufacturing defect must be informed to us within 48 hours from the date of goods received with proper proof of image or video which is sent to us on our official email id and that same will be exchanged immediately after confirmation of the same.
